Merry Christmas!

Have a safe and happy holiday as you spend your time with loved ones this Winter Season.
We have a couple of things popping up that you might want to hear!

The first thing is that the LCE is planning some sort of Winter Fiasco FYI. More details will come on it soon.

The second thing is that the 13th MEU [and formally Fox Company] celebrates its 5th Month Anniversary today!!!

We Started out on the 21st of July, 2009. If you want to include our start in Age of Empires III, then you could say our clan has been around for Nine (9) Months as of the upcoming 28th of December, 2009. I was formally in the _TWC_ clan led by kingroggero and then he gave me leadership of that. I then decided to name it Fox Company and a whole new system was implemented. There, the seed was planted...

The clan was destroyed by a [nooby] officer named Neverseperat. Yes, I am spilling his name to the public, but we are steadily friends now. I then decided to start the clan again with zfinster and kingahmad. We were going to be an only bf2 clan. SA_Osiris_ told me he was going to get bf2 so I asked him if he wanted to join the clan. I made him an administrator on the forums so he could help me out, as he had past leadership experience with RELU - Royal Empires League United clan for Age of Empires, and some games on consoles.

Kingahmad was a loyal Warrant Officer within the old Fox Company; Zfinster was actually on my friends of friends xfire list. I asked him if he wanted to start a BF2 clan with me...he agreed. It was kind of blatant to ask that of him. I mean he was playing Battlefield 2 and then I just asked him. It must of been awkward for him being in the middle of a suspensful battle just to see an xfire chat window pop up, possibly lagging him a little and maybe killing him. (I almost killed zfinster affraid

)

Let's not forget a few more important people... My very good friend named thedeathofdawn (aka Mirasukê or ZΣRO). He was my loyal Sergeant Major in the old Fox Company. He was the Company Advisor, and he lead Foxtrot [Squad] into battle. (Foxtrot Squad was an honor to have because of the name; It was the name of the whole unit so it was definately an honor to have that as the name of his Squad.) He helped me improve my gameplay a lot in AOE3. He was head of our Mentor/Mentee Program. He helped me decide new officers and such. We could not of done it this far without him, my loyal Lieutenant ZΣRO. I want to thank him personally for his actions.

ZΣRO then became inactive on AOE3. The clan was falling apart at this time. Robot Entertainment (RE) was just made the owner of Age of Empires III leaving many things behind. The Age Community forums were lead by a "troll" named Aloysius. Many of the top brass of posters left the forums. Age of Empires III had record lows online at a couple points in its history then.

At this time, I was getting tired of logging into AOE3 just to do business when not too many of the members would not cooperate. I had talked to Neverseperat on the Age Community forums about helping him make an AOE2 Fan Patch (FP). I then recruited him. He got my hopes high with all his dedication and such.

I then [after a month without playing a game, but doing clan work] decided to play a treaty game with the officer. After the treaty, I (blue) was fighting the opponent directly adjacent to me (yellow). Neverseperat (yellow) was fighting his adjacent opponent. He had a n00by score of only like 1000 at the end of the treaty and his opponent (red) only had a whopping 500 score at the end of the treaty. I sent a few forces, about 20 of my 100 available military population. I was laid back then, got about 2000 at the end of the treaty and was just lightly defending myself from Yellow. Neverseperat was actually getting OVERRUN by red and was anxiously awaiting for reenforcements from my troops. I felt really frustrated then because I didn't think neverseperat was that much of a n00b.

I would not send troops to his base and then after the 5th or so shout to me to send backup troops to him, he said and I am paraphrasing, "You know what, I'm done, you won't give me troops when my base is being raped. I am done. Good day. ya da ya da ya."

I tried to tell him to stay and such. He removed all our members and then left. He waited for me to finish and then just mocked me there. I won the game....about an hour later after he left because it was 2v1 after that. I knew what he was going to do and I did not want to stop him.

Enough of that... ZΣRO I heard from my good loyal friend princessdot, was playing Evony Online a lot. I searched and searched through my email inbox trying to recover his email. I was getting really scared that I didn't have it. I found it, and then emailed to him saying we started a Combat Arms branch [back in August or September]. I told him it was free and such so he could join our clan there. We found out sadly that he was playing a different version because he lived in Europe.

But, anyways we got him on the forum and such and now he is my loyal LCE leader, and an officer in the Command Element unit.

So, Merry Christmas all! I just wanted to tell a "brief" history of the clan that is what it is today.
